F.L.A.G. on June 17th a Huge Success!

Norwood Park Martial Arts in collaboration with MBD Martial Arts held a Level 1 Fight Like A Girl Seminar on June 17th at MBD Martial Arts in Des Plaines, IL. In Level 1 they learned the basics on how to use your strongest weapons against an attacker's weakest points. The students practiced the techniques full-force on padded instructors. The women who participated in this seminar were very focused and interactive, and had a great time learning valuable skills.
